Get on the Open Coffee Club list if you aren't yet... we have 200 people on it. You can post job openings and such. We have weekly meetups Tues mornings at 8am in downtown Buffalo, and Wednesday nights 6pm in the Suburbs (Spot Coffee on Main St in Williamsville), to talk shop and meet our fellow geeks. http://groups.google.com/group/buffalo-opencoffee-club?pli=1

Hey Steve,

Greetings from a fellow Buffalo-based web professional.

I would add Superior Technical Resources (see www.superiorjobs.com and www.superior-sdc.com) to your list of local technology recruiting firms. They don't do a lot online with their websites or a ton of advertising but they're headquartered locally and have a strong national network of offices with solid local recruiters.

For your listing of Other Buffalo Companies with big Technology Departments, I would add Moog - they have a pretty big IT group - and possibly Ingram Micro, M&T and some of the healthcare orgs (Blue Cross, Independent Health, etc).

Finally, InfoTech Niagara probably belongs somewhere on your list, if only for its networking potential.
