Do you know a Web GUI Designer?

By Steve Poland   •   May 15, 2008

I have various projects here and there that require someone that can take the pencil drawings I create for various pages, and turn them into actual designed webpages — just as a PSD file, I don’t need cutups. I need an interface guru [for the web].

If you know someone that’s excellent, can show me some previous examples of their work, and is available for some part-time work — please contact me.

Boy, I hear you brother! It’s as if all the designers who executed the tasty interfaces we see out there have been whisked off to a secret bunker, lest startups like ours get hold of them.

I have three projects that are planned, locked and loaded, except for the in-your-face-interface that provides the sizzle.

Everyone is a “web designer” (whether they are or not), and that’s not what I am looking for. I need someone who can bring the bling and go beyond shiny buttons and the gradient tool.

OK UI types, where you at? Tie a note to a pigeon’s foot and Steve and I will assemble a delta force to spring you!!

Depends on what you’re looking for, but if its a web app or cms based site, then we can lend a hand.

Got something to say?
