It's as if all the designers who executed the tasty interfaces we see out there have been whisked off to a secret bunker, lest startups like ours get hold of them. I have three projects that are planned, locked and loaded, except for the in-your-face-interface that provides the sizzle. Everyone is a "web designer" (whether they are or not), and that's not what I am looking for. I need someone who can bring the bling and go beyond shiny buttons and the gradient tool.
