Something I’ve been looking/hoping for is a voice-to-text tool that would listen to an active conversation and fill out forms based on the information conveyed in the conversation. It would be ideal for sales or consulting transactions that take place over the phone. Something like this must already exist.

Check out how you can record a conference call (it’s easy – just add Evoca (www.evoca.com) as another party on the call) and get a transcription, just as you described above. It’s human driven, but stay tuned …..
