		<description>Most people will be more willing to leave bad comments, rather than good.  It&#039;s just human nature.  To defend against this, companies offer chances to win shopping sprees if they give their feedback (like Home Depot).  So, there has to be some reason to leave feedback, other than simply being heard.

The eBay system works because each party leaves feedback for each other, so users typically leave kind words, for fear of retaliation from the other user.

I could see this working on a site like http://www.angieslist.com/ - but would it really matter for the big guys, like Best Buy?

I guess your post is two-fold: 1) reviews and 2) audio / video.  I like reviews, but am indifferent to the audio / video idea.  Take, for instance, this comment.  I&#039;d rather type it out, so I have time to formulate my thoughts.  If it was an audio post, there&#039;d be lots of dead time, while I&#039;m sitting here thinking.</description>
