I don't even open the inbox in those accounts any longer to approve comments. At least 14 out of every 15 comments I get are spam messages from phished accounts at a rate of 10 per hour. People do leave many real comments for those profiles, but the sheer volume of spam makes it impossible to weed through. And that doesn't include the basic message spam.
